This page is BosLab member Frank Lee's attempt at creating online, shared, collaborative lab notebooks for BosLab members and for member community projects. It aims to be a platform that's open, non-proprietary, and freely reproducible.
Any BosLab member should be able to log in to this lab notebook using Slack authentication. If you're on our member Slack, you have access to create pages for yourself under the /boslab path and to link them to this page.

- We'll call this MS-inspired medium “PTC20 agar, v0.1”: 7 g/L agar, 0.2 g/L Miracle-Gro (SKU# 1001123), 20 g/L sucrose, and enough vitamin B-complex to ensure at least 0.5 mg/L each of pyridoxine HCl and niacin and 0.1 mg/L of thiamine.
