Came to BosLab to check on the liquid cultures. All seem to be coloring nicely except Aqua tube #2:
The Yellow, Purple, and Magenta cultures seem colored:
The control cultures are clear, as expected:
The Aqua cultures seem to be the least colored, especially Aqua tube #2:
As a result, I made a new tube today from a different strongly Aqua colored colony on the plates. I labeled the new tube “Aqua #3” and placed it in the 37°C, 250 rpm, orbital shaker incubator. I also returned all of the above liquid culture tubes to that incubator for further growth.
